Matthew Sleeth Takes RENEWAL on Tour

Though Matthew Sleeth's appearance in the moutain-top removal story that opens RENEWAL is brief, his environmental ministry is far-reaching.  Building on the success of his book, Serve God, Save the Planet, he has been hired at Houghton College as a visiting scholar in creation care.  To his knowledge, Matthew is the first creation care scholar at a Christian undergraduate college.  At Houghton, he will be giving two chapel talks with 1300 attendees each during Earth Week as part of the school's efforts to launch a week of green events.  Not only will he be working at Houghton, he will be touring throughout the country, visiting over 40 congregations and colleges to promote his project.  At these events, he will include segments of RENEWAL.
